This study aims at improving the teaching of the listening and speaking skills in secondary science sections. In this study, the researcher seeks to improve their teaching through their sub-skills such as listening for main and specific information ; and pronunciation, information, stress and free communication. This researcher also seeks to know how science section learners can he helped with activities they need to be communicative. In order to succeed, the problems teachers face such as methods when they teach the two basic. English kills mentioned above are to be identified for remedying the gaps and deficiencies. In this study, data are to be collected, analysed and presented. The essence of the data is to seek to the research questions formulated by the researcher. This work is therefore written against the hypotheses that teachers and students' attitudes in science sections do not favour the teaching and the learning of the listening and speaking skills.
