Résumé,

This thesis deals with the effect of para language and other non verbals on the audience. It examine the importance of paralanguage and other non verbals in communication.
Gestures, facial expression, eye contact, use of space, touching, aspects of the voice modification among other things are shown to play a crucial role in human interaction and to be highly culture - specific. The work sought also to investigate how paralanguage and nonverbals speak louder than mere words and the relation between verbal and nonverbal and noverbal communication. After collecting data, the researcher analyses them. He found that paralanguage and other nonverbal have effect on the audience.
He found also that the good and effective communication is not only what is said but also how it is said.
Therefore, the researcher confirmed that paralanguage and other nonverbal speak louder than words.

Nonverbal communication refers to all those messages excluding spoken words. Nonverbal communication is process of communicating through sending and receiving wordless, mostly visual cues between people.
