Résumé,

Training students for the teaching career is very important in education planning and it requires careful supervision. Based on how it is carried out in Teacher Training Secondary Schools, this study : "A critical Analysis of English Trainee Teachers Supervision : Case of Some Teacher Training Secondary Schools in BUJUMBURA Province" : aims to analyze the way the English trainee teacher supervision is organized in those schools and to find out the challenges encountered by the English teacher training partners. Them, A researcher wonders if a foreign language such as English can be learnt in a short time, the period of time the English teaching training may take and who can supervise it in that period. To achieve this, there are two questionnaires, one addressed to the supervisors and another to the trainees. Through the themes, a researcher analyzed the data collected from his respondents, he found the non-adequacy of the organization of English training and its supervision while teaching practice. Then, the English teaching training and supervision have to be organized to allow the English trainees to become effective and successful English teacher.
