A language is a tool for communication for every human being which is essential to connect people in the sense that it establishes sustains relationships between individuals.Burundi has integrated the East African Community in 2008 beside Kenya, Tanzania,Rwanda and Uganda.
As a language for business,Burundi cross-borders business people need to learn and know English in order to compete with other regional business bodies and prevent problems encountered due to language lack when they are outside Burundi and especially in English language speaking contries.

This dissertation seeks to shll problems faced by cros-borders from Burundi when dealind with English speaking parteners and then suggest solutions to overcome them.To deeply analyze the matter,some research questions guided the flow of the work:
1.Do Burundian cross borders business dealers feel at ease when purchasing their goods in English speaking countries of east Africa community?
2.What problems do burundian cross borders business people face due to the lack of communication ability in English language?

The results to the research show that when cross borders busness people get to purchase outside Burundi,English keeps the first place and they affirmed that do not feel at ease when outside Burundi especially in East African Community when they lack this communication tool.
They asserted that the lack of this communication tool is linked to many disadvantages such as to buy on high costs,to pay the expenses related to translation and assistance services,not to connect easily with new partners,to get easily stolen when you do not understand what people say.
