This work entiled culture conflict in Ngugi WaThiong'o's The river Between aims at examining conflicts between African and European culture.It helps to uncover social wrongs with aim to have them corrected and go ahead with what is right. Employing sociological approach,the work analyses that Ngugi is the product of biological, emotional and spirtual influence.This work shows how christianity and education which were supposed to be advantageous to the black man,resulted in uprooting his culture
