Résumé,

This work examines religious hypocrisy as portrayed in Godfrey Mwene Karimugongo's the Honourable M.P who Resigned. It highlights different points that explain the hypocrisy of the missionaries during the campaign of christianization in Africa. It also reveals the collaboration between the missionaries who claimed to bring the light to Africans and the colonizers.
Furhermore, the analysis in this work shows clearly to what extent the hypocrisy of the missionaries (the chrchmen) leads to the destruction of the community. It further exposes some of the weaknesses of these church officials. This work seeks to prove the assumption that religious hypocrisy in Godfrey Mwene Kalimugogo's The Homourable M.P. Who Resigned hides the carnality of Christian missionaries and disintergrates the community
