The main concern, is to identify the reason why the pupils of ITAB Mwakiro and ITAB Karusi use that language. Most of the pupils in these schools were given a questionnaire. The intention was to check whether is a jargon which is used by pupils of ITAB Mwakiro and ITAB Karusi, which is not understandable by the outsiders, Data were collected. The instrument that helped me to collect Data was questionnaire. AS far as methodology is concerned, to collect Data, I used sampling method. It was about selcting the informants among pupils for BTIA schools, whare the informants were given foldes small papers on which was written " YES " for some and " NO " for the others. Those papers were mixed, and the informants who chose " YES " were given the questionnaire to be answered. The interpretation of Data collected helped me to answer research questions which are: i. What are the linguistic description of the jargon words and expression? ii. What are the reason for using jargon? iii. What is the sociolinguistic analysis of jargon used by BITIA pupils? In the findins for the above research questions I proved that there are linguistic strategies behind the semantic in the pupils' jargon. At the end of this study, my aim is to make a contribution of an effecient way to analyze sociolinguistically, the language spoken in some secondary technical schools. ER -
