  <abstract>RESUME,

This researcher aims at assessing the teaching of oral expression in English at the kindergarten level.Data were collected through classroom obsarvation guide with notebook and the questionnaies distributed to kindergarten teachers of English.The participants in the study were teachers of English in the surveyed kindergarten schools.Data were presented by means of tables and percentages;they were analyzed and interpreretde one by one in order to droaw a general conclusion.The findings show that the inability in English oral expression at the kindergarten level teaching methodology,insufficiency of time and the lack of oral expression ability among teachers.</abstract>
