Furthermore,this study looks at the influence of other languages to English,as well as motivation towards the speaking skill.It is then the contention of this work to reveal that without motivation,it is difficult to have good results from teaching/learning activity. To carry out this study,a given methodology was used the research.Classroom observation,questionnaires for both teachers and pupils as well as oral test for pupils were used. The analysis of data proved the preset research questions.The research found out that the lack of English oral fluency for learners is caused by many factors. Motivation,attitudes towards the learning and use of English,lack of appropriate teaching materials were proved to be causes of failure in oral fluency on the side of pupils.Again there much influence of L1 and L2 to English.
