TY - BOOK AU - HAVYARIMANA,Vincent AU - Njejimana,Grégoire ED - University of Burundi TI - The need of using spoken english language for Burundian mobile network operators: ca mobile servce providers PY - 2017/// CY - Bujumbura PB - University of Burundi, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences KW - BI-BuBU KW - Anglais (Langue) : Communication: Réseau mobile KW - Réseau mobile : Communication : Anglais commercial KW - Communication: Réseau mobile: Anglais commercial KW - Mémoire KW - i N2 - RESUME, The study is to show how speaking English can incorporate a main type of communication to the Burundian mobile network operators and others,to call attention to that might be overlooked as significant forms of speaking English and interacting with others .The hypotheses predict that spoken English is muchneeded for Burundian Mobile Network operators in communication,Spoken English has an important place in selling products for Burundian Mobile Network operators,and mobile Network operators use English many times when publishing their products .These hypotheses are based mainly on problems of Burundian mobile network operators encountered while doing their business without knowing the English language well.Speaking English has many advantages for Burundian mobile network operators such as communication,interacting,conversing,selling products,publishing products,and calling on their telephones using English.In order to test their need of speaking English,we collected data from 60 informants of different companies and staffs by letting them choose the preferred suggestion.We assessed levels of their need of speaking English by testing each group of mobile network persons,employees and managers by using questionnaire.This research provides valuable information regardless of the group of staff.At the end ,findings show that our informants have a strong need of using spoken English language and we found that the findings section highlights the informants' ideas and opinions about the English language ER -
