It also looks at hardships and oppressions that women meet in marriage, as a result of tradition, parental interests and fulfilment of society's expectations from a married woman. It finally traces ways and means women should adopt in order to be emencipated from all these distresses. This work is therefore written on the premises that some women suffer in their life because of the physical beauty. Written against the background of feminist theory, this work settles on the note that if societes do not give a woman the place she deserves, they will not evolve because they would neglect a group of people who would contribute in their development ER -
